Alex walked into the auditorium and immediately went for the stage. She had told her new friend Delilah she'd meet her there so they could sing. She sat on the stage and waited, thinking what to sing.

Delilah walked down the hall after putting her books into her locker. She spent all night and day thinking about what song to sing. She realized that she hasn't shown her true potential in Glee and she wanted to experiment. She couldn't be that bad, I mean she WAS in Vocal Adrenaline. Maybe she could ask Alex if she should sing her song in front of everyone in New Directions at their next Glee rehearsal. She walked into the auditorium and spotted Alex on stage. "HI ALEX!" she yelled.

Delilah frantically waved her hand back with a grin before walking down to the stage. "How are you?"

Delilah nodded to the jazz ensemble behind her before her music played. She took a deep breathe as the intro played before smiling at Alex.

Alex's jaw dropped when she heard Delilah sing. She was amazing! Alex started clapping and stood up. "That was amazing Delilah!"

"Really? Because I totally thought that it was out of my range, and were the super SUPER high notes okay? And it probably wasn't good, why are you saying that? Why do you hate me?!?!?! Oh maybe it was good, maybe I can kick people in New Directions' butt? Maybe I'll be able to get a lead in a song? Maybe, maybe, maybe? Wah!!! So how did you like it?" Delilah rambled on, speaking rapidly.

Alex raised an eyebrow slightly. "Delilah it was so beautiful! It's so suited to your voice and you hit every note perfectly!"

"Really?" Delilah asked with a grin. "I haven't really shown my true potential in Glee, and maybe I should show them my ranges. I've been in lower ranges at the moment, maybe it's time for me to show my higher vocal chords. I was in Vocal Adrenaline, I shouldn't be scared of the people here."

Delilah gave her a sweet smile back. Maybe she was good after all. She had a powerful voice too, right? She's always had one, and being from the South made singing even better. Gooooooo Cameron, North Carolina! She looked over at Alex, "Yes it is your turn." she said as she walked off stage.

Alex quickly made her way to the stage and sat at the piano, one of her many talents, she fixed the microphone and began.
